Good product for aggregating multiple e-mail accounts. Rating is lower because product support is lacking. Have sent several questions and never get a response.

This app was a 2 star app for months and all of a sudden it jumps to 4 stars. The scum at Apple is tricking people into buying a poorly executed app with numerous bugs. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED The most pathetic and immoral devs in the App Store. Pathetic It's like they came across some money and paid a bunch of people to write fake reviews. This is nowhere near a 4 star app. More like 2 stars RATINGS RESET AGAIN. GUARANTEED TO HAPPEN MONTHLY. PATHETIC Here come all the fake reviews. It's like clockwork, as soon as the app approaches 2 stars all the fake 5 star reviews suddenly appear. The people who rate this app 5 stars are either blatant liars or brain dead morons Keep resetting those ratings. It’s currently at 2.2 stars. ??? I guess now these fools think changing the name is going to make the app better. ? App stinks, avoid at all costs Losers reset the ratings again. Every time the ratings approach 2 stars this hacks reset the ratings. How pathetic can you be? Funny how numerous 5 star reviews are all written on the same day. This app is abysmal and functions poorly. Badge count is always wrong and why they insist on having an Airmail folder is ridiculously stupid.

They switched to a subscription app, I don’t like subscription apps but ok. However they removed features that I paid for and put them behind the subscription paywall, nah I’m done here. Why not grandfather the users that paid and build new features on top, that entice us to subscribe?

I’ve enjoyed using Airmail for some time now on my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook. Recently I changed the password on one of my email accounts. That went well on my MacBook and iPad. But on my iPhone the app very often had to go to my account web page to refresh the app’s credentials. There never was an issue doing host but it took a bit of time and became annoying. Steven with Airmail support was able to talk me through the process of refreshing thee we credentials in a way that they stuck. I’ve had no repeats of that issue since. Many thanks and kudos to Steven.

This app has created the perfect choice to be visually appealing, and also functional to the max. Once you set your preferences, and that will take some time due to the possibilties, you may find that you look forward to opening the app. A really great piece of work that is helping me get things done.
