Not age of empires, but still amazing! (Have put in 20+Hours past few days)

I got this app a few days ago after putting it off for a year. I should have gotten it sooner. This app is almost nothing like the original age of empires game, but that is fine. It is actually very similar to another great rts called Stronghold. If you are a fan of Stronghold this game is a must get. I cannot stress how much fun I have had playing this game, defending and attacking. I have not ran into any technical difficulties while playing this game. (iphone7) At one point it asks if you want to spend .99¢ to get 500g. That is a very nice price and I do recommend getting it since you dont need to spend any gold for anything besides refreshing your army to get more resources and crowns. But the cost to refresh is about 12-17 gold in the 6th age(there are 10 ages) seeing that you have a chance to get 12 gold when opening chests from enemy castles you destroy, you might not even have to spend any gold at all to refresh your army. Overall its a must buy in my opinion. I cannot compare this game to Clash of Clans with my own opinion because I have not played it, but I hear the battle system in AoE is much better.

After playing for a couple of months, I can say it's really addictive and I'm happy that they don't try to force purchases. I'm happy!

They took the best game of all time on a pc and turned it into another scam to pull nickels and dimes from you as you wait hours to upgrade. This pay for play is killing games. Can't wait for a smart competitor to crush these idiots

So far it's not too bad of a strategy game. Another F2P game where obviously you can progress by paying and have advantages if you have money, but it's all doable without paying. I'm okay with that system, because those people paying keep it free for me, and it's still a fun time passer. The design is nice, and the attacks aren't too bad at all. You have more control over your troops than you do in other strategy/build-a-base types, which gives the old AoE feel in comparison to other games like this.

This game just needs an EDIT MODE! ??? This game isn't perfect but there are too many negative reviews to be legit criticism... ?? I would only compare this to Dominations and like it has a historically charming aspect unique to CoC and clones like historical buildings, units and mini events- not to mention real heroes to choose from. Attention to detail is amazing! Like Engineer traps, Siege units, interesting hero perks, unit variety, etc. ???? Seriously though, don't believe all the negative reviews... balance issues are a part of every game nowadays... doesn't mean it deserves a poor score. Most CoC veterans use dragons and powerful units only available after meeting town hall requirements which most achieve through BUYING GEMS! ??

My time is most valuable and if I have time to play a game, I want to play a game. I don't want to start to build something then have to wait an hour for it to finish. I know I could spend money to speed up the time, but money is my next valuable thing. My last gripe is you can only build one building at a time. I miss the old Age of Empires I had for my computer years ago.

So I have been wanting to reset my progress but can't because it not in the game so I tired to go find a way to delete my progress but couldn't find a way any where so I tryed logging out and deleting the game but when I went back into the game I couldn't log in or anything for some reason so all I'm asking is for the ability to reset your progress(this would also include civilization). So please add this as a feature to the game and thank you if you read this.

This game is a complete disappointment and does not do any justice for the actual AoE franchise. This game here is a fraction of what this could truly be. It's amazing what companies and developers are willing to ruin just to make a quick buck
