You guys jacked up my extra payment again! There is something wrong here. You take my extra payment and apply it to the next payment. So stooppppiidd! C’mon! Build the functionality if you want us to keep using this app.

I kept getting a “past due payment” notice on on my AUTOPAY purchase which made no sense as it is on AUTOPAY. My gripe is I could not contact anyone to address this issue and find out why the AUTOPAY was NOT pulling the payment. I hope this gets fixed.

I will not use Affirm after I pay it off! They have stopped working with my pillow as part of the cancel culture! I find it disgusting what these corporations are doing to people and companies! Their cancel culture is right out of the nazi handbook of fall in line or else! This is so un-American and should be considered criminal!

It is difficult to get support with questions that doesn’t pertain to things they have listed and available. There needs to be a way to ask specific questions and get help.
