Cant use charge card

I expected to have the option to use a charge card. Instead, can only use bank.

App has a lot to be desired It won’t let you choose to not allow auto pay . It shows a way to choose “maybe later” but it won’t select it and still insists that you choose monthly auto pay .

29% interest NO THANKS

I’ve used affirm several times now and I have never received anything lower than 29% interest rate even with my credit score being in the 720 range. I will not be using Affirm anymore at this ridiculous interest rate.

In the beginning this was great and then I lost my phone and someone ended up buying something from a Best Buy they refused to assist and clocked me for the purchase. I also went on Amazon and bought some household items half of which didn’t actually show up, affirme also refused to acknowledge that even after telling me to speak to Amazon several times. This was at least 8 months ago. Affirm has gone down hill and their customer service is subpar at best. I’ve since moved to Klarna and Zip both of which have spectacular customer service. Affirm is definitively giving shady pawn shop vibes at this point.

This was my first and last time using Affirm. I created a virtual card to make a purchase however, the website did not accept Affirm therefore the card declined. I received emails from Affirm stating the card had been declined. Since I was unable to use the card I canceled it. The down payment was withdrawn from my account and the money withdrawn from my balance on Affirm. I spoke with a Affirm they informed me it would be 3-10 business days before I get my money back. Here it is 3 1/2 weeks and I still have no refund ! My balance has updated on Affirm but I have no refund ! I have been trying to reach customer service but I keep getting the run around. I will not be using them again, I will stick with Quadpay, Klarna etc.
