Refunds are very delayed with affirm you have to be chasing a robot to get to an agent and a gent to update your account because the refunds are coming in but they are not applying these a soon as they receive them! Big fail!

I use Affirm to purchase airplane tickets so that I can visit with my family in AZ. They have always been there to help and make my travels affordable as I make payments throughout the year which is an awesome option. No late fees also a big help. Thank you Affirm!

I’ve tried contacting this company several times through email & calling because it won’t let me sign into my account. They never email or call back . I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and they’ve yet to reply to them either! Sorry I ever went with this company
