Confused – Affirm: Buy now, pay over time Review

I kept getting a “past due payment” notice on on my AUTOPAY purchase which made no sense as it is on AUTOPAY. My gripe is I could not contact anyone to address this issue and find out why the AUTOPAY was NOT pulling the payment. I hope this gets fixed.
