App is useless

The app is useless if you have a multi-city booking. Seems a little ridiculous I can’t view, check-in, get a mobile boarding pass for my flight to Berlin, just because I’m flying back from Amsterdam. Mobile site is a nightmare. It wouldn’t let me check in, even though the time had passed for checking in to begin. I’ve also already entered all my personal information when I made a profile, but have to re-enter when you check in under your profile - what’s the point?

Multi-city Itineraries Not Supported??

How does a modern airline in 2019 not have the ability to allow management of a multi city itinerary possible in their app? Do they not pay their developers enough to tackle this? This alone makes the app literally useless while actually traveling!

The app was ok for quite some time but now it's so broke up that it doesn't function at all. Looking up my check in for a flight today, it says the flight will be ready for check in in 4 days time. For a flight leaving in less than an hour from now.

The app is absolutely worthless since you can do almost nothing with it. After downloading the app I found that I couldn’t check into flight, look at the flight itinerary, or load my boarding passes. Not sure what the point of this app is cause it serves less of purpose than the Expedia app I used to actually book my flights. Developers need to update this because it is way behind other airlines such as Delta, American, and United.

I sure hope they fly their planes better than they build websites and apps. Basically not functional at all. Don’t bother wasting space on your phone with it.
