I’m running the latest version of the app and it doesn’t work for me. Can’t get past the green Aer Lingus screen when I open. It forces me on to the website which is also pretty cr@p. Step it up Aer Lingus / IAG. They should have invested their money into their digital platforms and customer service rather than that stupid rebrand exercise.

I do like the ease of booking on this app but it only works when I’m on WiFi. It always says “no connection” when I’m on LTE and not WiFi.

Don’t bother if you booked a multi-city trip. I was hopeful, as the reviews that stated this seemed to be old. Even a year after these, you still can’t manage a multi-city booking. I can’t use the app because I fly into Dublin but leave from Berlin. What app in 2020 doesn’t allow managing multi-city trips?

The Aer Lingus app has the most limited capabilities I have seen in an airline app (I fly weekly and have a dozen or so flight apps) and the app flight info does not align with info on the website. Experience with the airline has been wretched, from communication to customer service, so I suppose the app is an accurate representation of the Aer Lingus experience.

This app does so little it may as well be a screenshot. Can’t check in. Can’t load your boarding pass. Flight status is NEVER updated. Can’t check your gate or terminal number. Basically the app is a complete checklist of things you can’t do. Skip it. It’s useless.

Aer Lingus offers the only direct route where I live to Dublin so their app made monitoring dates and booking a breeze.

It’s very limited, and I wish I could view the plane layout and change seats on the app (most apps do this).

No terminal maps, no gate numbers, when flights are delayed, doesn’t even tell you the new times. Don’t bother with this app. Google is better.
