App works well & great network, *but*...

A&E has been one of my most viewed channels, for years; with my viewership being daily, and usually on demand streaming via the app (so binge watching favorite series). But, most of those pivotal shows have been abruptly cancelled. I find that I go for weeks now without watching A&E at all. So 5 stars for the app, and now 3 for the network (which would’ve been 5, also, a mere 5 months ago.).

The app never works. Can never stream tv shows always get “we’re sorry, an unknown error has occurred message. Not the phone didn’t work on my old phone either! Also not the WiFi bc same thing happen with cellular data!

The ads are annoying

I really only get on A&E to watch cold case files classic and hoarders. Here and there I’ll watch the first 48 but I have Netflix and Hulu so I can watch that particular show ad free. However no other platform has the classic cold case files so the ad experience is very annoying. I debate whether or not to watch a longer ad or do the interactive ones that seem to drag on and it’s 30 seconds??♀️. I wish the ads could be removed. Streaming in my opinion should be just that. Stream the show or movie with the whole tv experience. Main reason why I don’t have cable
