I would like to start by saying that I would love the app if only I was able to watch my shows without any commercials. I find it to be very frustrating that you have to pay a good amount of money to have AT&T and then also pay for APPLE TV and yet I am still watching commercials…. But, what is even worse is that this app won’t let me fast forward. Then I spent $4.99 on A&E Crime Central only to discover that there is no app fo APPLE TV!

Shows will not stream on Apple TV

I have searched the web, Reddit and apple support and can not find a solution. I have a new Apple TV with updated software and my app will allow me to stream live tv but that is it. No other shows will stream. Just spins on a black screen. One of the reason I have a cable subscription is to watch A&E. Any solution for this. I have restarted, reset and deleted and still no luck.
Constant Audio sync issues

Add my review to the incredible list you see below of people on Apple TV who are continually frustrated by this app. After watching about three or four minutes, the audio goes out of sync and you can only correct it by exiting and then re-entering. Happens multiple times during a 30 minute show. Incredibly frustrating and should be an easy fix.
This app is garbage

It constantly freezes on my iPad Pro 2021. On my 2021 Apple TV the audio always errors out and de-syncs from video. On Apple TV coming out of interactive commercials sometimes the program does not go back to full screen. It’s just bad all around.
Audio Sync Issues

A&E developers should listen to its customers and fix the audio sync issues with this app on Apple TV. Your content is great, but it’s apparent from all the reviews mentioning the exact same issue that this is an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed. Considering the multitude of other streaming apps that successfully play on Apple TV, there is no excuse as to why this app continues to be inoperable. How many one star ratings does it take?
Unknown player error

Every few days I have to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to continue watching a show because it crops up with an “unknown player error” when I hit play
