I’m a large busted woman and this app shows me the best styles in my size I’m in love with adore me!!! Update: I’ve have since had reduction surgery. Adore Me is still the only place that I will shop from! I love the “new “ me and look forward to getting more pretty bra’s and panties!!

I placed just an order & I wish would have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I placed one order on July 12th the website said 5-7 days estimated free shipping but my order has not been shipped still processing. I called customer service the rep stated she cannot cancel or modify any order placed after 30 mins. And like a fool I placed another with expedited shipping $20. If I don’t receive my order by July 18th, I’m going to call my bank & report this company as SCAM & request a full refund. This company is probably owned & ran by a narcissist. It makes no sense that you can’t cancel order that hasn’t been shipped yet. Well anyway you just lost of a potential customer! I should’ve have placed my order with Amazon! I’ve been an Amazon customer for 10 years & I never had a problem with shipping even if my items are shipping from China. It’s extremely misleading to put on your website estimated delivery is such & such date & no where close to! ****Update August 8, 2018. I have changed my review for this company being they went out the way to send a free voucher for any item I want. The first bathing suit that I ordered arrived on 07/21/2018 even though I placed the order on 07/12/2018. I knew the first would not arrive in time for my trip. I left town on July 19th. Anyway I placed a 2nd order expedited shipping on July 16 & the order arrived on July 18th. So my advice is if you have anything special planned please pay for the expedited shipping! Being that this company sells excellent merchandise I will not be canceling my membership. However, I gave 4 out of 5 stars because website’s misinformation about the free shipping arriving within 7 days.

Adore me is okay. App is easy to move around, to find sizes, checkout is quick. Haven’t needed customer service yet, or had to return anything yet. Hopefully by now they have cleared up the issue of “relocating” to a new warehouse. Really did not like having to wait a whole month for my order this past March/April. The only thing that I’m having a problem with now is the wishlist. More items keep disappearing from my list, but I find them later when I’m scrolling through everything. Just because it doesn’t come in the size I “wishlisted” for, doesn’t mean I want to forget about it. What if I lose or gain weight and need a different size? Now I have to scroll back through everything to find that item again. If it is in my wishlist, it should stay there until the item is completely removed from the inventory. You never know when the correct size could come back in stock. I’ve had that happen a time or two before. Please fix this little bug and hopefully your new warehouse, then we’ll talk 5 stars. ?
