Love the app and the products. Wish the bras had more padding or more add a cup. We are not all well endowed nor are we all models. Would be great app if they offered half sizes. I truly love shopping on the app but I hate the low availability of the sizes. As soon as I go to select the product is low in stock and my size is not available or the item is not in stock. I also hate the new plastic bag packaging. I prefer the box packaging.

I want my money back. I ordered a couple of cute things in here. It said it would arrive between Dec 6-10. It did not. I work remotely so I have been home all day. Then all of a sudden at 8pm the app said it was delivered. When I checked, there was nothing. This was on Dec 12th. I looked at the tracking and according to that, it says “not tendered”. So not only do I not know where my package is, I now have to wait until customer service opens so that I can get my money back. Will never shop here again. If they don’t give me my money back, I will call my bank and dispute the charge.

I never receive my order it was suppose to been here now it’s saying it’s in the hands of usps people they don’t even have nothing on file about my order when i ask for a refund they going all around the question no i want a refund I’ll never shop here again first and last time

Super easy to use and well organized app, but I hate that I have to buy a set every time. I love the sets, but sometimes I don’t need the panties, or more frequently I just don’t like the panties I have to choose from which often discourages me from purchasing.

I wish I could give 5 stars..

I absolutely LOVE the service. How genius! Monthly sets that are beautiful and comfortable! However, GOOD LUCK getting ahold of anyone should your order have something wrong with it. I sent 2 emails, called and was on hold for a total of 40 MINUTES just trying to get to customer service! That alone is unacceptable. Other than that, the app is nicely laid out and easy to use. Returns are also very tricky to perform.

I ordered a set in November. The bra didn’t fit. I sent the bra back to be returned with the label to told me to print and tape to bag. I sent it back received the new one. I was charged 39$ after receiving the order. I was then charred for the set again because they said they had not received it. As well as another 39$ charge. In totals I was charged 120$ for one bra panty set. Not just displeased i will NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMANY AGAIN. Save your money the cloths are cheap and if they can screw you they will. Better off buying from a place that’s better know. Being I took a chance to buy my first lingerie set from this comany I am done online shopping especially from this site. That’s is also not to mention if they spoke even the slightest better English I might have been understood better. Highly dissatisfied.

After buying one set of lingerie that worked out and becoming a VIP member, I decided to dive in a buy 4 bathing suits from adore me before a trip to Hawaii, expecting to love all of them. To my surprise, they were all meh so I went into the app to return since the company advertises “free returns.” That’s when I found out there’s a “restocking fee” of $6 for each item. So I paid $24 to try on 4 crappy bathing suits. In addition, I realized I had never even received an item ordered over a month ago and was never refunded or credited my money back! When I finally reached a service rep via phone, she offered store credit - after my complaints about the restocking fees ? done with this company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone - very shady imo.
