Basically got an elite box for items A, B, C and D. Kept A then returned B, C, D per the elite box deal. It took them over a month to process it and then they are saying item X was missing and that items Y and Z were well received. The second box is still MIA. I called into support and got an answer from someone who is ESL, so absolutely no support due to the language barrier. Don’t make my mistake avoid this app/retailer

Terrible company! They sent me the wrong order which took way too long to arrive just to get the wrong order. They expect me to drive to the post office to send back the wrong item so I can get the right one. I have Covid and can’t go out. I ordered online so that I wouldn’t have to go out. I told them I couldn’t go to the post office and they said well there’s nothing else we can do. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CRAPPY COMPANY!!

Love my Adore Me app. It’s so easy to use. I can use at anytime to scroll through new items for me and my girls. Their sets are super comfy and yeah adorable.
Very limited options for plus size women

When I had first seen adore me being advertised they had talked about how they had plus size options, and at that time they did. Almost everything available was also available in plus size. Overtime that slowly changed. Now there’s about 2 plus size option for every 10 styles. There are some really cute styles, that could easily transfer over to plus sizes, but for whatever reason, ADORE ME HAS DECIDED TO LEAVE PLUS SIZE WOMEN OUT.

I hate to write bad reviews. I never do but when a company has issues it is called for. First order took over a month, I was very happy with what I received. Then I found out they pulled money out of my account without consent and signed me up for VIP status. I decided this was fine and would order more. Then cancel my membership. I called customers service to ask about what I wanted to order then found out you have to purchase the set. I ordered the set then waited a month to get an email saying the item I wanted was not available and they would give me in-store credit for what I won’t receive . I tried canceling my order and they won’t let me. Therefore I believe if customers service won’t work with there clients, clients should be warned. I will be returning the order and boycotting adore until they choose to try and please clients.

I already wrote it in the title but IT HAS SO MANY GREAT OPTIONS FOR PLUS SIZE PEOPLE. No longer are we given frumpy, boring, neutrals or ugly floral patterns (there are florals but they’re pretty cute for the most part) for our undergarments and clothing/swimsuits!! We have actual CUTE options to look at!! I ordered my first set a couple weeks ago and it just shipped out (no fault of the company or postal service really, it’s a hectic time for mail) so I’m very excited to try what I got. The only issue I have with the app is that they put straight size and plus size products together, rather than having a specific area on the app for just plus size products.

I placed my first order on October 14, 2020 for just 1 bra & panties set that costed $49.95, but with the VIP discount it costed around $30. I waited and waited for my order to come and I was checking the tracking system almost everyday. It seemed like as soon as the package almost got to my state, they sent the package right back to where it came from. I was sitting on my bed in disbelief. I needed that bra. I was growing out of all my other ones so I was counting on that one to come. What really ticked me off was that they didn’t give me any explanation whatsoever as to why my package was returned. Adore me has this thing where they will not give you an actual refund, they just return the money in store credit. That way you’re forced to buy with them again to get your money’s worth. So, I didn’t want to waste the money so I ended up placing another order with them. I placed the order on October 31, 2020, only like two weeks later, and surprise surprise... it happened again. The package got to Texas ( I live in Oklahoma ) and it immediately got shipped back to New Jersey.. or New York. Wherever it came from. Again, with no explanation and with no real refund. I refuse to even try to buy with them anymore. I’m not telling anyone not to buy with them, just be cautious. My experience with them completely sucked, both times.
