Good products but long shipping and malfunctioning app

I’ve been switched from PINK to adore me for over two years. When I first ordering this products, it was fast shipping and all good. For past few times shipping has been taking so long and not very present. App design has been renewed a few but current version somewhat doesn’t allow me to pick bra size nor pants size by scrolling and it is pretty annoying. And I have been experiencing sizing problem with them that they have my size bra left but too large panties and vise versa. They definitely have pros and cons.

Cancelled my order without notifying me.

I bought from this store a year or so ago and had no issues. Now, everything has changed. I placed my order and an item did not fit me quite right. I sent it in for an exchange and the replacement item was cancelled without warning or notification. When I called customer service, I was hung up on when I asked why it was cancelled. After reaching someone who was willing to speak with me, they explained to me it was not in stock in my size. The App does not accurately tell you when an item is out of stock. Be ready to check your orders yourself to see if they get cancelled. Then, I placed an order for a different item and I received items I did not purchase and was missing items I had purchased. Additionally, this app will send you notifications multiple times a day. But in my case, I did not receive any order updates or a notification when they were randomly cancelled on Adore Me’s part. I will not be using this company again. It is a shame because I do like the products they offer. Be wary and keep an eye on your orders.

This app has taken at least 190.00 dollars for my elite box yet I’ve never received a box one time and still continue to get charged even after calling customer service and asking for refund and subscription cancelation and still nothing this started back in March 2021

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would! I want to remove my information because I am no longer interested in shopping with them, but (they won’t allow you to)!!! Look out for that. Also make sure to take photo proof of your returned item(s) condition, so you won’t get charged for no good reason like I did.
