Don’t buy from them

Delayed shipping with multiple excuses. I’ve received multiple bras that have a funky smell to them and make a creaking noise from the plastic rings which is extremely annoying throughout the day. They get you in with the buy five sets, get one free but they always have a sale going and if you partake in the sale, they don’t count towards your “buy 5” so now I’ve gotten 5 sets and spent $150 but it shows I only have 2 sets that I’ve bought. When you send emails it takes days for them to respond.

So first I’ll say that I like my stuff from Adore Me better than what I’ve bought at both VS and Frederick’s. The sets are always beautiful and comfortable. The app is super easy to use! I like how easy it is to shop new stuff on the app, but it also gives me notifications and reminders about store credits and sales. It also lets me track my shipments, look at orders, etc. It’s a great app!

I love ordering fro Adore me. Lingerie bathing suits and active wear is lovely and easy to order. Shipping is so quick. Returns and exchanges are made so easy and customer service is so accommodating. ♥️

From my experience everything is honestly just cheap. I’ve ordered many bras and panties from here thinking at first wow how great. But then after really wearing them they just physically hurt to wear. I’ve had wires come out of bras shortly after purchase. The bras make that squeaky cheap sound. Yes it all looks cute but it’s crap. I’d compare them to bras you’d find at Rue 21 or one of those really low end cheap stores. I’d rather spend money on good bras that last then 30-40 bucks on bras that are gunna fall apart in a month or so. Also I have the VIP membership and I’ve tried so hard to cancel it but I can’t figure out how to so I’m stuck with this terrible app on my phone so I can skip every month so I don’t get charged. I think it’s messed up they don’t make opting out easier

I can admit I love adore me they don’t only have beautiful stylish collections, but their prices are way better then VS although I love VS, but Adore me beat them big time, they have beautiful lingeries, bras, panties etc and most importantly it’s affordable and stylish and they also have varieties for all body sizes, shape etc and unlike VS it’s the opposite and it’s very expensive. so idk if VS will be getting my $ like that anymore.
