App won’t close on iPhone XS!!!

PrebbleQ

Opens and works fine but absolutely will not close! You’re stuck in it and no way to close it out. This is exceptionally problematic and makes it unusable.

Works for me, but missing something

Patty1193

This app works for me, but I can’t access links when I use the app. If I could do that, I would rate it 5 stars.

Network error

Missed an interesting lecture.

Needs an update doesn’t work anymore

Alextini

I used to be able to attend meetings on my mobile devices (iPad, iPad Pro, iPhone) but about 4 months ago I could no longer connect to the meetings. On any mobile device. Not even prerecorded meetings. I loved this app but now. It doesn’t work.

Cannot close the app on an iPhone

jqb20009

I had to restart in order to exit the app on an iPhone X

Wont recognize application

fulltimemonti

All the links to a meeting I tried open a webpage that instructs me to download the Desktop application. I tried following that link and pressing open an app, but that didn’t work either.

Pretty lousy

This feels like a Flash application just barely ported to iOS...which it is. Video quality is low, the interface is entirely wrong, and there are ridiculous limitations on how the panels are arranged, which elements can be seen at the same time, and how video can be used. There’s no way to watch both the instructor’s and a student’s video at the same time, for instance. Once after watching an MP4, I lost audio from the presenter and had to forcibly quit the app and then re-enter. Also, downloadable materials show up as “not supported”, even PDF files. Useless. Use absolutely anything else if you have the choice.

Limitations

I was trying to watch a prerecorded webinar through the app and after entering in the url I kept getting rerouted to the webpage telling me I had to download the desktop app. So I called support and a kind woman told me (after emailing her the url for the webinar) that Adobe Connect does not support prerecorded webinars; it’s only for live webinars. I’m pretty sure there is nothing in the description that says the app has this limitation but it’s very disappointing that prerecorded webinars can not be viewed. But since prerecorded webinars exist for Adobe Connect they should be supporting the function of their own products.

Useless

Arbenarifi25

It never works! It’s super consistent at letting you down especially if you really need it. Don’t bother

Horrible

Can not hear anything.
