I use this app for work and it works fine on my iPhone 7 and IPAD Pro, however, I just upgraded to the XS Max and the app doesnt work on my new phone. When I get to the screen to type in the URL, I dont get a keyboard pop-up so I cant type anything into the box. Please fix.

Used to work, but not any longer. Wants me to download the desktop software or enable flash...do either of those things sound like iOS mobile?

I am not sure why the military would select Adobe Connect as their platform for training- there are plenty of proven options out there. I tried the app and fiddled for 20 minutes trying to join a meeting- like many reviewers below I was unable. There were a few roadblock speed-bumps along the way but at the end I could not join.

First time user. Spent quite awhile trying to get the app to launch and connect to the webinar. Got some errors, but finally connected. Then it worked fine for 5 minutes until it totally crapped out and froze. I feel sorry for the webinar host, as this app just made a mockery of their presentation, which was good for the 5 total minutes I was able to access it. I’m deleting this app and avoiding any future webinars hosted by Adobe Connect.

It just says can not establish a secure connection. How should I connect? The site of the webinar says join the session with this link, but when I copy it to the app, it doesn’t work. Plz help

I have tried everything to get this app to work for my class. It doesn’t even deserve a star.

When I entered a Course URL provided by my instructor of a recorded session, app takes you to an Adobe website that tells you to install the desktop app instead. It’s not smart enough to know you are using a mobile app.

My teachers sometime assign things for us to do while in the class which requires us to leave the Adobe Connect app. Well, whenever I switch to another app it disconnects me from the meeting and I can’t hear my teacher. It’s so annoying it never used to do this before. Please fix this. I dont have any other problems with it. It usually works fine.
