I use adobe connect for online classes, and this app is glitchy as heck. For one thing, when a host puts up a poll box, it is completely non functional on the mobile app. It takes forever to enter the meeting room, and lags out if you use the chat box a lot. Auto correct is a nightmare in Latin class, but that is apple’s fault. 2/5 stars due to glitches, only download if you have to.

It says that the app was updated for I iPhone X but I'm running into a wall. It didn't recognize the hand gestures to exit the app. It may be waiting for a button press that no longer exists in the iPhone X . As a result I couldn't exit the app and had to wait for someone to text me so a notification popped up on my screen.

While this app works for my company’s training sessions, I would not recommend it for other companies or individuals because it has a fatal flaw. Specifically you can’t close the app or toggle to another app from this one. Even if you log out, you are still stuck with the app on your screen until the call is over or you reboot your phone. In all practicality, you have to reboot the phone to exit. Go to Webex or one of the other enterprise apps and vendors

This app lags all the time. Super slow, takes forever to catch up, not a good tool for anything live or recorded. I’ve used for both for a class I am enrolled in. Unfortunately I am stuck using, I’ve wasted a lot of my time just waiting for it to work properly. Oh also I haven’t been able to use it on my iPad or tablet. Even when I copy the url and enter the password!
nonworking app
No matter what we did we could not get it to work with a training webinar that we have monthly. Horrible and no support.

When I try to enter into a meeting for my class, it will have a screen mentioning — get adobe connect mobile or if you already have app open adobe connect link. When you click on the latter link, adobe connect opens but will ask for class url link. Not sure what it means by this unlike my desktop where it automatically connects and I don’t have to look up for a link.

The other negative reviews are correct. Use at your peril. Actually, the rare positive reviews are also correct, because it does manage to work, rarely. It usually tries to unsuccessfully use ‘an alternate server’, but never connects. On the rare times it does work, it’s tolerable at best. There are so many better platforms, use anything else!
