Won’t work

I clicked on the link for my class and held down the “Open adobe connect mobile” like one of the reviews suggested but no list came up and instead it sort of zoomed in on the screen. I don’t know how to attach a screenshot but I could really use some help

I honestly don’t know why everyone is trashing it, maybe this was a while back or something but I’m on IPhone XR and it’s working fine. Everything is great I was able to leave the app perfectly and type comments and join groups and I found no issues! So maybe they updated the app or something but I like it and I’ll keep using it!! I think the most problems though are with MAKING groups. If you’re getting this app for JOINING groups like homeschooling or something like that it’s perfect. It may have some issues with making groups though I wouldn’t know cause I didn’t try it. I think that’s where all the bad reviews are coming from.

Such a waste of money. Tried on my iPhone for an hour and can figure out how to launch the training recording. Follow the directions of the latest review our and that window pops up and doesn’t stay on so it doesn’t allow me the option to you and choose the app to play the training recording. In summary, this app doesn’t work
Useless App

I tried to use this for an online coarse and it will not even open the classes. The seminars are all pre-recorded and there is no apparent way to access them using this app.
Glitchy Operation, Horrible Interface

Seriously who does this interface. Half the time the mute button does not show, glyphs (black and white button graphics) are abtuse, operationally difficult to do the most minor things without far far too many taps and modality (chat). Feels like a half baked PC program copied into an iPad. Surprised it does not mention control-alt-delete. This is very close to the worst product of it’s kind, not only on mobile but on desktop laptop too.

Controls unpredictable. Too easy to hit the wrong thing or disconnect. Very steep learning curve. Completely in accessible to blind users. Tech-support responsive but not helpful. As a webinar consultant, I turn down engagements who use this app. Not worth my time.
