Some problems

Debr0821

I thought this was a good app. Everything was working fine until I got right about 7500 points. Now my points are no longer adding to the total. I have sent three emails for support and I’ve heard nothing back from them. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, I have logged off and log back in, and I have verified that my other apps are connected and synced. Just frustrating.

Not syncing no customer support

My Apple health won’t sync so I’m not gaining any points. Sent a message to support and never received an amasser or even a reply that they got my message. Deleting app.

Frustrated

I LOVED this app the first time I used it. It took awhile to rack up points but I had no issues getting my $10 through PayPal. But what is EXTREMELY irritating, is the fact that after you earn your reward, they stop giving you full points for things. I teach swimming lessons and I swim for 3+ hours every day. Before I earned my first reward, I would earn 80 points for swimming. Now after the reward, I only get 6 points for swimming. I don’t think it’s right to penalize someone for getting a reward. I used to brag about this app to people I know, but now I will make sure everyone knows that you get penalized after you earn your first reward by ripping you off well deserved points.

Upset

I have finally reached 10,000 points and it won’t let me transfer to my PayPal!! It keeps saying error email address is incorrect! I know what email I use for PayPal

Getting paid for the things u ♥️ to do

Camjam53

This gives me more motivation to do all the things / activities in life. Should give more points on longer rides and longer hours of sleep ?. I told my coworkers about this app.

Nice passive app

Takes about 6 months for $10

Technical Difficulties? Or not accurate on purpose?

Brennasmumma

The app does not accurately log the steps that my Apple Health app records that I have taken. It only logs a small percent so that I don’t get the credits that I deserve. I went back and forth with the Achievement tech support and they walked me through syncing and unsyncing and resyncing the app a number of times. It never solved the problem. Then they stopped checking in with me. So it logs what it wants not what you’ve actually stepped each day.

Could be better

I really like the concept of this app; it could help me reach my health goals if one aspect of it is corrected. I wear my Fitbit all the time (except while charging). I sync it with the Fitbit app throughout the day. However, the data that is sent to the Achievemint app is taken at a very early part of the day, so I do not get credit for walking over 9000 steps - I might get credit for 360 from the Apple health app, which is lousy at tracking steps, since I don’t have Apple Watch. I tried to disconnect the Apple Health app, but it isn’t allowed. When I bike 6 miles, it’s not counted. When I workout at the gym, it’s not counted. Boo on this app. I’ll stick with Fitbit.

Achievement

I love Achievement! App works great. Have cashed in twice, no problems.
