Missing steps!

it hasn't been tracking my steps!! I walk about 10k a day! It’s linked to my health app but my steps aren’t adding. It’s goes over a week without updating. Funny how when I’m close to getting my gift card it stopped updating ?

Nothing is free guys. Let this app harvest all your health data for 3 years and get like $10. If they lose nothing giving away $10 How much have they made on your data? It's shocking how many people wear a mic/gps on their wrist with no questions asked.
App will not work

I have been using the app for awhile however now I can’t get into it. I can open it up fine on the internet but not on my iPhone.
Total waste of time

This app is a waste. I let this thing run for months while doing just everyday tasks, and I finally got the email one day that I have 10,000 points and could redeem my $10 reward. When I went to redeem it, it kept saying there was an error. So I closed to app out and opened back up, still wouldn’t work. I checked the morning after to see that my points had RESET and no $10 redeemed.
Doesn’t track accurately

I’ve tried reconnecting apple health multiple times, it’ll only record a couple days a week for some reason even though apple health seems accurate and is recording 8-10k steps a day. Oh well.

I’ve had this app for not even week and am getting close to my first reward. I think this app is worth it if you get a lot of steps/exercise most days but without daily steps or exercise the app does not give many points. I usually get between 7-11K steps a day and usually I get between 30-40 points on top of points if I workout that day. It’s definitely through a rating system and if you have a job that requires steps it’s a great way to participate in research while getting some extra money.!
App doesn’t count high step days

The app works great but it won’t count the steps I take on most days that I reach over 10,000. It has been shorting me steps which is pretty frustrating. When I reach out to support my answer is ignored. I plan to delete once I reach 10,000 points.
An update in Oct 21 ruined it

I don’t know what happened but after an update in October of 2021 none of my data is recording to the app. I was making the $10 payout regularly and now I’ve been stalled at 7k points for weeks. Deleted the app, what a shame.
App Not Working

After they updated the app, it won’t let me log into my account using my Facebook or Apple ID and keeps saying they’re invalid which they aren’t. I don’t understand why it’s doing this. Hopefully I won’t lose all my progress now and have to start over.
