I’ve had this app now for around 3/4 months, and it is so annoying. It’s cool concept of earning money for working out, but half the time my exercise minutes/ steps/ etc. don’t even show up. So, many times the work you put in doesn’t count. I’ve tried reloading it, going onto apple health/ reload. Still nothing. Not worth the hype. Update: still feel the same. Points won’t update unless you waste 10 mins just reloading it. I had 10,000+ points to withdraw and wasn’t working. Contacted support, went back on, and now I only have 100 points????? So upset /:
Don’t download, the app is a scam

This app is such a scam. I’m at like 18,847 points and have been for the past two week even though I log activity in every day. I read their articles and do their surveys and it just stopped giving me points. Also I can never seem to redeem my points. It asks for your email and password and when I put that in it says that it’s the wrong email… even though that’s the email I log in with and receive all their email. So basically this app is a scam and probably got too much of my information than anyone ever should have. DONT download, it’s a scam.

Deleting (inaccurate)

I did about 9,574 steps yesterday, and this app only counted 8,991. That’s only about a 500 difference, but still would like all my effort to be counted. Plus I only got 24 points. Seems like it’ll take me a whole year to even get only one reward. Definitely deleting.
Disappearing points

Last week I was at 9000+, then down to 8440 ...then up to 8700 and now with the new and not improved update I’m down to 8300. And it’s not syncing at all. Awesome job. Update 9/7/2021-not syncing again.

I cashed in my rewards waited the alloyed amount of time and no rewards deposited to my PayPal. I have also contacted support and no one has answered. It’s all false.

I initially rated this app two stars because when it came time to claim my reward I never received an email to claim the reward. The customer service team was super helpful and solved the issue for me and I was able to redeem the reward. I enjoy taking surveys and getting to give my input on different topics. Overall it is a pretty cool app although sometimes the data syncing is confusing.
Very reliable & fast payouts

I’ve been using this app for more than a year & have never had a problem. It was easy to link my Fitbit & it gets the information daily. The actions are quick & easy, read an article, answer a few questions mostly. The payouts are always fast & they notify you when it’s time. This is by far the most reliable paying app I’ve ever used. I like that I can participate in research as well

Frustrating but still workable
I deleted the App. They are pushing their political agenda. I thought this was supposed to be focused on Health and wellness. More woke garbage and shaming based on skin color / origin…. No thanks!

I’ve had this app as long as I can remember and have never and I mean ever been able to redeem any sort of prize. It’s ridiculous. They lure you in. Try to get you to refer others and then you get absolutely nothing. Biggest waste of time. Supposedly I have like 28,593 points but it’s worthless when the only thing I get when I tap redeem awards is for the app to sit there and do nothing. Highly do NOT recommend wasting your time ! I’m sorry I have for the last several years. Big big waste !!!!
