Too many issues before starting

I downloaded this app after reading great reviews but still feeling skeptical. The layout of the app is a bit confusing and I’m not really sure how it collects points. I tried connecting it to my Apple health app since I don’t have a Fitbit or Apple watch or any of the other apps it will connect to. It said connected but not synced. I hit the button to manually sync and the app crashed and I haven’t been able to properly open it since.

What am I missing?

I’m not even able to create an account. Once I enter in my name, gender, and zip code, it won’t allow me to click next. I made sure to mark the box that I understand the privacy policy and the next box is still ghosted.

Didn’t receive reward

After finally reaching 10,000 points, I chose to receive the $10 reward via PayPal. After a few days of no notice of receipt of the reward, I emailed Achievement. They responded with a question about my PayPal account. I answered, several days go by, and still no response...

I’ll be really honest, I don’t write reviews for ANYTHING. But I definitely feel that people should know about this app, it pays me to do things I already do normally! I only wish I would’ve known about it sooner. For how active I am, it’s very easy for me to earn money. I’m loving this app so much and there’s so many useful articles!

The app started to work for me but in the last two weeks it had just stoped and will not sync to my apple health app at all. I was 2-3 miles a day and it’s not being collected.

I walk about 15,000 steps a day. Not only doesn’t count all of them but I’ve been stuck on just shy of 10,000 to get a reward for well it’s been so long I lost track. Anyway horrible counter. No rewards. Pretty pointless app. ??????

No other app I've tried pays out more than this one. I give only 4 starts because my Apple Health isn't connecting as of recent and that was my main income...

I’m not impressed

I’ve been using this app since 2017. I’ve connected my Fitbit and use my Apple health app to sync my steps. I’m FINALLY up to 9,923 points and it won’t update and sync my steps anymore since Aug. 3rd. It’s taken forever to make 10,000 points so I’ve yet to cash in my reward. I’m just not impressed..

Recently updated this app not its completely unusable! App open and completely freezes! Not able to view account!

I have connected both FitBit and Apple Health to the app. It’s does not sync data daily. It has been three days now and nothing has synced.
