Connecting doesn’t work

If you use Facebook to login to anything, don’t bother. Every app you need to connect, the “use Facebook to login” link is broken, and if that’s how you’ve logged into those apps, you have no username and password. If you can’t link your apps, there is no point in using this. 1 star since it’s effectively broken and useless

2 iPhones and Apple Watch

Why when I add to my steps from my other iPhone you don’t recognize it? I don’t know how to sync the 2 phones to read the same. This app is garbage as it erases the steps added when they are correct. I don’t advise trusting a app where you can’t contact anyone. They rip you off on simple steps you take because the phones don’t sync. It’s a waste of time unless you really into this crap. The developers always say. THAT DONT SOUND RIGHT! But it does you know how to set an app to rip off people as you are doing. Carry on

Does this app give you points, yes. But is it worth your time, no. Just yesterday, I walked over 14k steps and the app only tracked less than 300 steps. I’ve been using this app for a few years and at first it was great. However, it seems that this app, over the last year, has become fickle and really only tracks the surveys. Seems like just a ploy to get access to your personal info, at this point. The app used to be great and would reconcile any missed steps when I opened it or manually synced with the Health app. I’ve been stuck at 7000 points for well over 6 months, which is crazy since I’ve gone on hiking trips, work out daily and have attempted to sync the info multiple times.

Never received reward; very disappointed

On 8/23/21 I redeemed 10,000 points from this app (formerly called Achievement). I immediately received an email telling me my reward was on its way and that I would receive an email from Tremendous containing my reward within 3-7 business days. Four months later and still nothing. I’m extremely disappointed and hoping someone can make this right.

Great App No More!

Earning the money is a slow process but no complaints here. I am earning money by doing everyday activities. Easy to use! UPDATE 2JAN2022: Changing my rating because my info is no longer updating. It’s been over a week since I’ve received credit for anything except the questions I answer every day. I have an Apple Watch and everything used to update through the Health app. All permissions are still present. A search for help said I should open Health snd Evidation daily but that is not working either and very frustrating to have to do that when I didn’t have to do that in the past. I deleted and reinstalled the app but it only read what was in apple health at the time of the reinstallation. I’ve written support but got no response except the automated message to say my request was received. The last time my info from apple health updated was December 24. ?☹️ UPDATE 4JAN2022: I received a response from support and they will not update missing points. Their response was to open Apple Health and Evidation everyday for info to sync but I’d already told them that doesn’t work. Sad because I enjoyed using this app and also got useful info from the articles they presented. ?

Better before latest update

This app is great. But it was better before the name change. I’ve got notifications switched on but I am not reminded to open the app or look at the offers. Then it doesn’t sync with Apple Health automatically anymore. I missed 21 days of points because of this. It’s nice to cash out but it’s even nicer to cash out passively. Achievement bought me so many Starbucks drinks. I will cash out one more time and find another app. It’s a shame because I’ve cashed out 4 or 5 times.

Sync isn't working

I rarely comment on any apps but I have to say this because it is frustrating! I walk to my work and home EVERYDAY, I connected the app to the Apple Health but for some reason since september last year it is not syncing!!! That is over 4 months of lost points. I open the app almost daily, and it simply doesn't refresh. I tried uninstalling and instaling again, still nothing. Very dissapointed!

It’s doesn’t seem to work well with Apple. My watch is correctly synced to Apple Health and shows all my activities. I’ve made sure it’s set up and given it access. It’s doesn’t pull the steps or other activity correctly. I seem to have to open everything up and in the health app and then this app. If I don’t do it daily I get nothing for the pervious day. Really disappointing.
