OK, but

This app has been serving me well except that it does not have touch ID. Achieva has said it would have touch ID by the end of May 2017, however is now June 2 and still no Touch ID

The app was seriously buggy before but now it is great. Thankful to finally have the thumb print sign in and love the balance peak!
Lost features and no bill pay

Only one view is available, landscape. It needs to have portrait view for easier use of larger devices and typing. Even though I had allow all cookies set and allow pop-ups bill pay would not load. It just gave errors. I had the same settings on the previous version and it worked great.

Finally the app has gotten current. Love the 1 touch option and balance peek is very helpful while shopping.

Unable to make check deposits with the app. Either boots me out before I can snap the photo or once I take a picture of the back of the check it just freezes and locks up. Not at all helpful.

Hi, thanks for adding biometrics. In regards to a failed finger scan, I feel reverting back to traditional username password instead of a 4 digit PIN is way more secure. I can't find myself using this biometric feature as a 4 digit PIN is just to easily compromised. Perhaps even when setting up biometrics allow the user to choose their preferred recovery method password or PIN. With Equifax getting hacked twice it's even more prevalent to be more secure than less. Even Samsung note requires a 6 digit alpha numeric to get in and some required 6 digits now too. Someone can easily watch a 4 digit PIN.
