If you only want to use this app to service your loan payments, it's completely worthless. You will need to use the website for this.

App is simple, easy to use! I can do everything I need to from the app. No complaints! I would like to see the app have the fingerprint log in! Thank you Achieva for being such a great Credit Union!
Essential bug that needs to be fixed

I like being able to see how much is in my bank accounts but I also would like to do mobile deposit with my checks. Every time I try to enter the amount on the check, it says (null) for some reason. Please fix this. Until then, 3 stars, because it's super annoying.

Adding the Touch ID feature would make this app PERFECT. Overall wonderful app though.
Another online access failure

I like to use my tablet or iPhone to do my credit union business, but this app makes that so painful. None of the things I'd like to be able to do are available here. No statements. No way to edit scheduled transfers. A truly complex and exasperating experience. Went to the App Store to get it an, low and behold, discover I had done that before, as the cloud symbol adorned it. After reinstalling it, I quickly remembered why it was no longer on my machine. It has easily been months and months since I last wasted space on my iPad for it. Unfortunately, it's still a loser.

This is by far the worst app I've ever used. It works about 10 % of the time! I've even un-installed and re-installed hoping it would work better to no avail. It freezes up. When I try to make a deposit and I'm suppose to select which account to deposit to, it will not let me choose any accounts--no accounts show to select from. Or if I am successful at being able to select an account, it will ask me for my email address and about 90% of the time it will freeze up at that point. If I skip entering the email address, it may or may not go through. Sometimes during all this, it will actually 'time out'!!! I would not deal with this app if I had a choice! I use another banking app that works like a dream! I wish this one worked.

It does the basic functions, I guess, but every single time I go to log in, it asks a security question because it says it doesn't recognize my device or username. It's the same device I always use, and my username is saved in my device. Then, when I enter my password, we're supposed to make sure our image matches, from the one we selected, when creating our account. There has never been an image present when logging in. Is it really that hard to correct these issues?
