Justastupidname
Can’t keep up with changes and not it doesn’t work and I’m locked out of my account because it kept trying to log in or something. This app has been an issue since day one. I complained about it then. And now it completely broken. Modern banking!
App is broken with new update

I downloaded the new update for iOS 12 and I have all the settings on to show snapshot (formally balance peek). However the widget for the iPhone isn’t showing and it tells me on my watch to select accounts to show. I already have it selected and it still doesn’t work. Achieva please fix this bug

The new app refresh is nice and works well. However balance peek which allowed you to view account balances without logging in was advertised to be renamed Snapshot... However this feature is completely removed from new app. Nowhere on login screen is there a selection for snapshot.. Once logged in you can select which accounts you want in snapshot... But can't use it. I smell an update cooking....

Latest update will not allow login or anything. Just remains in splash page status. Same on iPhone or iPad. Nice job, Achieva!

Until it updated to it's new format and now all of my transactions turn into numbers, hard to figure out if something is out of place or not

I’ve had many banks, credit unions. This app is easily the most user friendly, intuitive one I’ve used. There have been some good ones, but Achieva app is hands down my favorite. You can label each account with a color and name. Mobile deposit is a breeze - takes the picture automatically. Schedule transfers for one time or recurring for auto withdrawal. The list goes on - can’t speak highly enough of it.
Crashes when trying to do mobile deposit

1) takes too long to log in 2) you scan the front of the check and you get authentication error -unexpected error, then it crashes. Useless for mobile deposit. Last version did the same but occasionally. This version crashes each time you try worse than a beta version. Previous 2 versions seems to be the most stable.
