Not on par with some of the other mobile banking apps I've used. Will ask you for your username/password as well as a security question on each use. TouchID? nope. Not a bad user interface but needs some tuning. For example, check deposit could be done better; auto focus. How about better feed back on a deposits, like it's pending. Fix the login issue and implement touchid and I'll give you 4 stars, yeah it's that annoying.

This app has SO many steps to log on! I get they are trying to keep security tight, but it's to much. I have 3 different banking apps I use and one lets me log on with my thumbprint and the other I can see my balance without even logging in. With this app, I have to click log on, answer a security question, and then enter a password EVERY SINGLE TIME. And on top of that it takes FOREVER to load. Honestly I use my other banks more often because this app is so difficult. Once you are logged on the app is great, it just takes way to long to log on. PLEASE ADD TOUCH ID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This app requires you to put 2 passwords every time and also no finger print technology. This banks app is way behind from the other banks
Once you get into the app it's pretty good...

I LOVE Achieva as a credit union. As an app though, they are really lagging behind the rest. I came from SunTrust so I'm used to having apps that keep up with the latest technology. Having to type one of my security questions along with my password every single time I want to log into my account is extremely annoying. Why is there no support for Touch ID to bypass all this hassle login quickly?

This app does not have a Touch ID option. Every time I log on, I have to answer a security question. I get an error message that they do not recognize my device. Then I still have to put in my password. If I'm going to go through so many steps, I might as well go on the website. The Touch ID option would be so helpful for that issue. Another problem is it takes forever for my check image to be processed when trying to do a mobile deposit. It always times out.

This app is very basic and needs to catch up with other banking apps. The main feature it's lacking is Touch ID. There a also many features you cannot access from mobile. For example, something as simple as paying car loan (that I have through achieva) ?

The app functions fine, however needs to be more up to date with other banking apps, I also have an account with Bank of America and the app is flawless compared to Achieva's. Please implement the Touch ID feature like majority of banking apps offer... also please allow users to log on without having to answer security questions every time, allow the user to remember the device like how you can on the regular browser version.

My username is there but can't get to the password screen. Then it says log in failed!!!! Not very user friendly. What's the point if I can log in to mobile banking?
