Update doesn't work

Used the old version all the time at least once a day the new version doesn't work it keeps giving me random security questions I'm so frustrated I might switch banks just to have mobile banking

I hated it at first. Once I registered online, created new credentials, after I deleted and reinstalled the new app it worked. I wish I knew to do all these things. It was very frustrating not to access the info on the app. Wish they had notified customers of the changes to come.
Not ready for users

Obviously this app was not tested thoroughly by the IT department. It should never been sent to us end users. Ever time I use the app it tells me it does not recognize my device. I then have to answer one of my security questions to continue. Sometimes it will display a question that is not part of my security question set. Then it says call support!!!! If this happens just delete the app and the problem will be fixed. It is difficult to say anything positive, which there are a numbers of items, when a basic item like signing on does not work correctly. It been over a week IT group let's fix this app

Love reading reviews from people who clearly don't open their statements or read the online banking website that has been notifying that new online banking has been coming for at least 2 months. I've had nothing but success following the directions to register online then use the app. Don't criticize what you don't understand fully. And don't blame the bank for your not reading. And for the poster commenting on touch ID, name one bank that has this. They don't. Biometrics are expensive technology and considering a credit union is not for profit and not a big bank, I wouldn't expect biometrics any time soon. Wish more people took time to be positive than negative and critical. This app is so much better than the basic app Achieva had before.

I have been using the new app successfully. Took awhile to get used to new look. As previous poster expressed, there was lots of communication from Achieva about setting up new account. If you're having trouble maybe try the online chat from the full website. I have found them very helpful on other things. Lately, a message has been popping up 'bill pay undergoing maintenance and you can use full website to access bill pay. This has been going on for about a week so far. Any idea on when it will be back up and working?

I just got this app and I cannot even log in. It asks me completely random security questions that their system doesn't even know the answer to and I would have never chosen. It literally will not let me go any further. Same thing if I go online to their website using the computer. This is so stupid! I already chose 3 security questions when I first signed up! None of which are being asked now!!!

This app works maybe 25% of the time, if you're lucky. Most of the time when I try to log on it says that my log in info is wrong and it's not. I thought the app was supposed to make it easy to look at all my account info on the go, but it seems that I can only really do anything from my home computer.
