? Suggestion: a way to create a pdf account report instead of just by category and an account report that covers more than one year or 12 months...

I twice emailed for support and have received no reply. The information in the FAQs to reconcile are not correct and the “check mark” they mention is non existent. I am using an iPhone 8S Plus with the latest OS.

I used to be able to email my account register to compare against my bank statement but the app won’t let me send emails anymore. I’ve tried contacting the company several times but no responses from them with any kind of help. Very frustrating. Otherwise I would say the app is great. I tried your suggestions but nothing worked.

The app works well, but, if you change devices, you can expect absolutely NO SUPPORT in figuring out how to transfer existing data. This converts a useful app into a frustrating waste.
Replacing Quicken

My bank and Quicken are changing how they download transactions until the middle of August so I wanted to find something I could use until then. I tried this and I’m liking it so much I may not go back to Quicken. It doesn’t download the transactions from my bank but with having it on my phone I don’t need it to download. I had savings goals set up and I’m able to do that with this too by creating ‘envelopes’ and using the transfer option. My only request is that I can choose a recurring option of every third Wednesday, every fourth Wednesday for our social security deposits and the last day of the month for my pension. I’m hoping the developers consider this. The sync needs a lot of work.......it’s very slow! Would also like to get this on Iwatch.

A wonderful app, I love it but had to mark it down for two reasons. They don't like to be bothered with individual problems with regard to support because they think they have covered everything on their website. Give them props because the website is extremely helpful. There is a notes section in the app which I find a very useful but any input note will merge into the date and becomes difficult to read. If you are not a Facebook fan you will not be able to receive any help regarding this app. Their website with FAQ will send you to FB.

I’ve been using this app for yearsssssss lately transactions were disappearing and then today I lost everything. Didn’t back it up recently so now I have to start allll over but it will be with a new app.

Doesn’t import transactions from online banking. Wast of money would like a refund.

So glad I found this app. Helps with my budgeting and reconciling all my bank and credit card accounts. This app is very user friendly so don’t overthink it, it’s really simple to use.
