App constantly freezes or doesn’t load

I had ABC mouse for about 4 years now (on and off). When I first subscribed to ABC mouse, I cancelled my initial subscription because the app simply wouldn’t load or it would constantly freeze while my child was completing lessons. 4 years later that seems to be an issue..I have even tried accessing the app via the computer. The glitches are very annoying, especially for a toddler with a short attention span.
Bug won’t allow app to work.

Trial worked great, now that I’m paying for a subscription the app doesn’t work. Prompts math equation for security purposes that cannot be completed. Have to power cycle the iPad to be able to solve equation then just get a spinning loading wheel that never goes away.

This is a pretty good app I wish the cost would go down and you can’t select grade 3 you should totally get this app just keep in mind of this
I can’t even login in to cancel abc mouse

Why when I go into abc mouse it won’t let me even login for my son I pay for this and now I can’t even cancel and you guys are now just taking money. I even updated the app and still nothing. You guys need to fix this or I will be suing the company
