Be Better All Around. This app was wayyyyy too convoluted for a preschool kid. Hence why we stopped using- canceled after one month- and AND THEN WERE STILL BEING CHARGED FOR IT FOR MONTHS!!? And yes I’m meaning to do ALL CAPS above. I’m not yelling but I am angry that a good 7/8 months of our money was taken from us for a product we not only weren’t using but didn’t like at all. I will most definitely be warning others about ABC Mouse. Most parents we know say this app is trash- I really wish I had listened to them now- so I’m the fool that believed the online hype and did the free week then paid for a month. I will accept ownership that I assumed canceling out the app would have actually canceled it, but how did I never receive one single email informing me that I was being charged each month?! How?! HOW?! Unreal. I better NOT be charged again!!!! I also don’t understand how you all got my updated card info considering my wallet was stolen in July and I had to get a new card. What shady business is this?! Never again. Do NOT engage with this app. It’s not worth your time, there’s better educational apps for your kids.

I have the app on an iphone and ipad, and have the same problem on both. When i open the app, it has me answer a math question “for grownups” but I can’t tap in the box (or anywhere) to answer the question. App is completely useless.

scam app that most likely will take your money without your consent 1: sometimes the app doesn't even cancel the subscription and you can be charged for months or even years before further notice 2: I've read the reviews and ALOT are bad more than id like most of them are saying the same thing as I am its very concerning which leads me to wonder why it has a 4.5 out of 5 3: Stop charging people to be in your adds and lie to the audiences watching there are several other learning games like this 4: People say the game is glitchy and will freeze often sometimes you cant put in the right answer because of the constant bugs Enough said im warning this to all abc mouse players or anyone who sees this review ? ?

Game is good when working!

The game is good when working but it’s frustrating as it has a glitch that keeps it freezing every 10 to 15 minutes!! This has been happening on different devices (iPad, iphone, Amazon fire tablet) no matter how many time you uninstall/install or try to updates. App is updated but it still keeps freezes every 10-15 minutes leading the child to ask you to force shut down and restart over. Developer need to fix the issue since this have been going on for couple of month now on a paid subscription app.
