Won’t update info

I have tried, a number of times, to update my son’s age, name, etc. and it will not save. I am also unable to select what level for him to work on. There is no point in having a learning app if it doesn’t teach things he needs to know.

If you want to know if your kid could use this pls press on my review

Ok first of all it’s not that fun for your kids to play they get bored of it easily needs more updates Ok second of all kids when they are supposed to read the book they skip all the pages to the end and get a ticket Third of all kids get stressed easily when they don’t have enough tickets they get stressed Forth of all it doesn’t really teach them inything DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME

My grandson turned 5 not to long ago. His birthday made it to where he couldn’t start kindergarten He was only allowed pre-k . I am his grandmother. I took him to school pre k not to long ago and he was having a panic attack. I told his teacher. She said that she thought I would of known via my son. She said he has been having problems and she wasn’t able to teach her class. She said that she tried to get him to calm down and he wouldn’t all day. She kept him in the back of the back room all day and he cried all day. So I called my son. I told my son that this wasn’t healthy and that I would teach him myself. I started with buying books apps everything I could! This app has saved us! He loves learning on ABC Mouse! He loves the rewards he gets on this app! He has learned more on this app than his entire year at pre k! He is also doing kindergarten work instead of pre k! All I can say is that this is the best thing you can do educational for your children or grandchildren!!! I wish that I would of known about this when he was 2 years old I would of love to of done this as early as possible! I paid for a years worth of both options. I also got the free 8 extra apps for going ahead and paying ( I believe for both) for the year. One I believe keeps up with his progress and tells me where and what he needs work on. The other payment was for the year of ABC-MOUSE. I can’t stress it enough how awesome this app is!!! I haven’t tried the free apps yet. I know with this pandemic that he may have to learn more at home than in a school setting. I’m not sure when our lives will go back to normal. I am very thankful to ABC Mouse.. Thank You ABC Mouse I have tried everything I could I spent so much money on the wrong learning items to finally find you the BEST The best price The Best learning You are the BEST Thank you so much My grandson is happy No more anxiety No more tears He is so happy learning with ABC Mouse

For as much as it costs, it should be better.

For the amount of money I spent for this, it shouldn’t have constant bugs, or be constantly freezing in the middle of lessons, that then have to be started all over. It’s really frustrating for a five year old to be in the middle of a lesson and have to do it all over again. I expected more. The lessons themselves, when they work, are great though.

The long focus on holidays takes away from the actual learning events , and the videos are repetitive. Example: My child has seen the Great Barrier Reef video 18 times over the last year ( in his study journal) and is not learning about other wonders of the world

Worst experience with no customer help

who to ask?

I’m being charged twice for two subscriptions that are no longer active and of course you can’t get any help with anything unless you have an active subscription. I wish I’ve never subscribed to this. Charging me for something I no longer wish to pay for.

I purchased this for my four year old son and was never able to use it. Within 24 hours of me purchasing the yearly subscription the app doesn’t recognize my login information and the costumer service via email was no help. They “couldn’t” find my subscription but had already charged my account and was sending me emails about other programs. Worst headache ever
