App constantly freezes or doesn’t load – ABCmouse – Kids Learning Games Review

I had ABC mouse for about 4 years now (on and off). When I first subscribed to ABC mouse, I cancelled my initial subscription because the app simply wouldn’t load or it would constantly freeze while my child was completing lessons. 4 years later that seems to be an issue..I have even tried accessing the app via the computer. The glitches are very annoying, especially for a toddler with a short attention span.
