Cancellation process is not easy

I can’t find where to cancel my app. The app re directs me to Apple store but I can’t cancel from there. Please help.

Unable to download on tablet

This app has only worked on my iPhone, won’t work on my sons tablet which is why I purchased. Feel like I wasted money, could have used the apps that came on the tablet for free!

I have canceled the subscription long time ago and still find they are charging me every month! Since it’s not in the subscription list (I have canceled), I don’t know how to stop them taking my money! Can’t believe this behavior with an education company!

They make it absolutely impossible to cancel the membership without downloading the 34 MB app and they refuse to offer refunds even if you cancel immediately after your child accidentally signs up.
