I have attempted cancellation 3 times, I’ve even REMOVED the app, yet they charge me still. I am at my wits end with these thieves.

The game is very nice and fun and it really helps children learn stuff like spelling stuff and is very good for children

Helps my son get ready for school. He loves ABC Mouse! But after the recent update, it glitches when on the learning path or when playing games. Very frustrating that we have to keep closing out the app to start again. Please fix the glitching.

Extremely difficult to navigate and not useful for younger children at all. Too many branched off apps and no easy flow. No focused goal or purpose. Huge waste of money. Very disappointed. Managed to cancel thank god cause I’ve been noticing a lot of people have had trouble doing so.

ABCmouse is awsome!! My mom think it is great too but my older brother says that it is boring but I think it’ awsome?. Since I am 4 and he’s 10 it might be boring for him. Also,he already knows those stuff!?He’s really smart????!!!!!!!!!

My daughter started usuin this app when she was just 2 now she is turning 5 she knows her ABC’s a little of her 123’s and loves to read books this app is very useful

Extremely Unhappy with customer service

The program is ok. The app froze and stopped working with almost every use. For these reasons I have decided to cancel my subscription. I made my decision but waited too late to actually cancel. I was charged another month and requested that upon cancellation that I just get a refund of the last month. I was shut down many times. There are no courtesy refunds. And this upped my level of frustration.
