Almost impossible to cancel subscription

I used to have the option to cancel right in the app settings but now they’re making you go through the apple store app and navigate through a bunch of crap just to try and get rid of it.

I absolutely love abc mouse. It’s an awesome app that works with your children, and my daughter is obsessed and wants to play it everyday. If you really want something to get your child’s attention with learning, abc mouse is the right answer.

This has helped to accelerate my kids. My girls are very bright and I needed something that would challenge them but would also be really fun. My kindergartener is reading at an end of first grade level and my pre schooler will be ready to start kindergarten next year. So thankful for a well put together program like this. All in one place. Amazing !!!!
App has too many bugs still

We’ve been using abcmouse for awhile now. I’m not sure if I’ll renew our subscription because the app never wants to work correctly for us. Customer service is always telling us to update the iOS or delete and reinstall the app. Both of those are NEVER the answer. iOS is always up to date and the delete/reinstall never works for us. The kids are normally unable to complete a lesson unless they get on a web based version instead of using the app. If the app would actually work instead of needing to hop on the computer, that’d change my rating tremendously. Until then, I guess we’ll stay at a 2 star.
Having some issues

My son is 3 and he loves ABCMOUSE. He gets a bit impatient though when the next screen doesn’t come up fast enough for him. He continues to tap on the screen and then it seems to freeze. I was using my iPad first, then switched to my iPhone but it still happens.
