Can't get it to stay opened

When I open the app it is super slow to load then if I finally get it to load to go to the class room it shuts down. I even deleted all the downloaded apps on my iPad and it still doesn't work. I am not going to pay for something that doesn't even work.
Purchased ABC Mouse for my 2 grandchildren

I purchased this program for my 2 grandchildren before they could read or write. One (boy) started using it right away, the other (girl) never used it. They are now both 7 years old in the 2nd grade. The boy is the top in his class, reading, spelling and math. She attended summer school last year and is struggling since day one. I’m sure there’s more to it, but I’m also sure ABC mouse also had a big part in it.

This is a scam. The app doesn't even work. And they just took $30.00 out my bank account. Stay way from this.
Drain 100 in toilet, it would be faster

The app hardly works after opening the app. It spins at loading screen forever and then it might work some times. I have a 200mbps plus internet speed and it can not load the content. What a crappy app. Please fix it.
