Why do I have to sign up and I need to start a trial and it cost 79.99 per year can you change it all I want is when I click the app it just starts the app and I don’t need to click the trial the sign-up and login I just want to click islearn your ABC’s and then it will teach me

It was really good and I love a good story and adventure especially when I can get my own pet and also did you know after all that hard work you get TICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If a child is having a problem with one unit there is no way to by pass it until and return at a later date. As a result interest is lost in any part of this. I have looked for technical assistance and cannot find any.

I don’t have kids and I don’t teach however this company has been charging me $9.95 to my pay pal for months I want it stopped NOW and all my money returned I did not authorize this or sign up for it

I’ve asked for my services to not be renewed. The company does not send any notification that your renewal time is approaching, so they automatically start the subscription over. I have emailed this company and asked for them to cancel service and refund my money. They have stated they do not give money back. Poor service.
