How do I cancel this app, I have never used it and they are still charging me...

This does not have restrictions button. So I can Turn off math or arts. My 4yr old love arts and coloring. But not reading. I want to focus on reading only but not possible.

I can find many other kid apps that are less glitchy and way more user friendly. There are way more complex apps/game apps out there that work amazing, find some developers that could do the same for these simple kid games. ABCmouse has good material but you can find the same material for free elsewhere. My kid is 3 years old and can figure out how to work other apps with similar games, but she would not be able to figure out this abcmouse app without my help.

Won’t work on iPad air2

I downloaded this today and the app will not load on my iPad air2. It loaded one time when I first logged in and before I could finish adding my information it froze. Since then I have not been able to get the app to open. Good thing I got a free month or I’d be very upset about a waste of good money.

Great program just glitches at times

I’ve used this program for two years now and my daughter loves it. My boys who are too old love to play it too. She has learned several things using this app. And I cancelled my subscription for 6 months and did not receive any charges on my account the entire time. I was alerted when the charges would restart also.
