The App is convoluted and the company is trash with their continuous billing with zero notifications – ABCmouse – Kids Learning Games Review

Be Better All Around. This app was wayyyyy too convoluted for a preschool kid. Hence why we stopped using- canceled after one month- and AND THEN WERE STILL BEING CHARGED FOR IT FOR MONTHS!!? And yes I’m meaning to do ALL CAPS above. I’m not yelling but I am angry that a good 7/8 months of our money was taken from us for a product we not only weren’t using but didn’t like at all. I will most definitely be warning others about ABC Mouse. Most parents we know say this app is trash- I really wish I had listened to them now- so I’m the fool that believed the online hype and did the free week then paid for a month. I will accept ownership that I assumed canceling out the app would have actually canceled it, but how did I never receive one single email informing me that I was being charged each month?! How?! HOW?! Unreal. I better NOT be charged again!!!! I also don’t understand how you all got my updated card info considering my wallet was stolen in July and I had to get a new card. What shady business is this?! Never again. Do NOT engage with this app. It’s not worth your time, there’s better educational apps for your kids.
