Won’t open since last update

I have three local Houston news channels. This used to be the only one I used. However since the newest update, this app will not load. Now I have to use the other two channels and don’t like them as much as I like ABC13, before they tried to fix bugs and other issues. I hope it helped for some people because from reading the recent reviews it’s ruined for a lot of us.
App just hangs

Every time I click on an alert to jump to the story, the app just hangs and never loads the story. This has been happening for weeks and is very annoying.

This app is not as easy to use as old app. I like the old one better
Buggy, links from notifications just sit and spin

Trying to find stories ‘advertised’ on the tv news simply doesn’t work. When I get a notification of an interesting story on the phone/ipad, clicking on it opens the app, but then just sits and spins without showing the story. The organization of the app itself is terrible. Impossible to find anything.
Is this even a news source.

This app fails to open 95% of the time. Can’t read local news. It is worthless!
App crashes

I hate to give up this app because when it works it’s great, but I’ve opened it too many times to check the news only to find it crashed again. I’ve done the delete/reinstall several times and restarted my iPad even more times but these are only temporary fixes as results are the same in the end. Since this is the only app on my iPad that does this I have to conclude it’s not the iPad.

Watching this channel is like watching a show written and presented for kindergartners. Should embarrass the great folks of Houston. The AppleTV app works great but watching it causes me to quickly turn it off.
