Took a really user friendly app and ruined it with this update. If I had known how messed up and worthless this app would be after the update, I would not have updated it, now its virtually worthless. Seriously considering deleting it.

I can’t access my ABC13app and can not seem to activate a new one? It just tells me all the different things on the app but I am not finding a way to install on my phone??

I don’t know why your app was changed into something almost unusable. It is very difficult to navigate, not user friendly, crashes a lot. There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the old app. It also is EXTREMELY annoying to have to watch an ad every time you click on something !!!! Come on people, that is ridiculous !!! I’m trying to give you guys a chance to fix this bad decision that was made by someone in your organization. But, time is running out before this disappointment gets deleted from my phone. I can find something else that doesn’t crash all the time and is user friendly.

I was born and raised in Houston, TX. ABC 13 was the ONLY news our family watched. Love this station and all of its anchors and reporters. News I can trust, day in and day out!!! Sincerely, Cindy Rowland
