When it works well it is ok but on my iPhone, half the time it cannot open any of the content. It just shows the loading icon. It’s been doing this for over a year. Terrible app.

Can never consistently get 13 App to work. Have no trouble with the other news stations so not my phone or service, unless 13 is weaker signal?♀️

Channel 13 eyewittnes news has always been very informative and acurate in their news information. 40 years of living in Houston that is where I got my news. Besides being very professional the anchores and the crew in the field are very compassionate and caring.

This app used to be decent, but for some reason the last month it keeps crashing and doesn’t want to open at times. Freezes up and seems to have too many bugs. Definitely needs to be fixed.

Set up for NO notifications and I get 20+ texts per day. Can’t get rid of them.

Every time I open the app it freezes my phone. I have to close all other app an even after I open it I have to close it one more time after that! It’s a spotty touchy app!
