This app does not show up under Cellular Data... where is the control for this? Update- the control appears after cell data is actually used. If WiFi is on and available it will no show up immediately. All is good

I had the same problem... didn’t recognize my password... had to reset all information, even though nothing had changed. Not sure what is happening with the bug fixes that have been installed.

Can’t use this ap. To register you have to enter your zip code. I do this and it keeps coming up that I can only enter a 5 digit zip which is what I am doing. Tried about 15 times and it keeps coming up the same. I know I am a dummy, but I can count and I do know my zip code. Therefore, because I can’t use this ap,I can’t give it anymore than one star. Good luck. I hope you have better luck than I am.

I launch the app expecting to have a link to “my account”, but it’s not there and I don’t know how to get there. I got there by accident once from exploring something else, but I can’t get back there.

Just like another reviewer, this app does not recognize the same account login as the web accounts. Even after trying password reset I still cannot access the app. Don’t waste your time

George 6225 is correct. I can not sign in to the app but can with the exact same credentials on the website.

Tried to sign in...SEVERAL times! Called AARP. They suggested deleting the app...which I did SEVERAL times. They suggested turning off my iPhone which I also did. (My phone is up to date with ALL iOS updates). Please fix!! Thanks for fixing!! Much appreciate hearing from app developer.

During the first week after the latest update the app initially made it impossible to login, and afterward was not able to connect to provide information about savings or discounts. It worked mostly well in this regard until the update. Then a constant “Cannot Connect”notification emerged, which was impossible to correct. All of my other apps had no problem connecting to my WiFi and internet. The developer suggested I delete the app and then re-open it, but that if not an option with iPhone iOS users since deleted apps are stored on the cloud, and when re-installing, it simply restores the previously deleted app. After about a week of trying, the app finally started to work again, but I am uncertain it will continue to be fully operational. User login and connection problems after the latest update were especially pernicious. Hopefully future updates will be better executed.
