AARP app doesn’t open

I have an iPhone 6s and have tried three times to download the appropriate app, but then can’t get it to open. AARP, what is the problem?

Can't log in. I'm still waiting for my ID card, since August. What a money grab. I can get this type of abuse at the grocery store.

AARP obviously has the skill base to create an app with a nice UI, but as a new member I’m left greatly disappointed with AARP and this app. To say that this app is compatible with the iPad is a misrepresentation. This is no more than an iPhone app running (ineffectively) on an iPad.

Tried to use the app. When trying to sign in, it says my password is incorrect. I know it’s the correct password. Tried to reset password and no info is sent to my email like it’s supposed to; tried this four times several days apart. Called the number that it has and only receive a line saying I’ve won something from Walmart. Can’t give this app a good rating (wanted to put 0 stars but I can’t) because I can’t even use it. I’m very phone and computer savvy, so don’t think because I’m older, I’m not capable.

AARP is now selling your information!! There is a nonprofit side of AARP and a for-profit side, and no wall between them at all — the same tech teams. Please write your congressman and have them stop this fraud.

I new to AARP but it’s working okay for me I wish they had more on the app and more information about all that AARP has to offer it seem like you have to dig and dig to find all the benefits that People have told me about still have not received my cards or magazines will get back and update my review when I have more information

Too many graphics!

I prefer the AARP Member Advantage app over this one. Just hope they keep the old one. This one has too many graphics when I’m looking for discounts and the text gets lost on the page. Plus, it gives me discounts to places not even close to my location even though I am using the location service. I don’t need to see a pancake breakfast spread across the screen and then italic text of “Denny’s” under it. Just text is fine. When traveling, we don’t have time to scroll through all the graphics to find a place to eat. Not a fan of this one-please keep the older app!

I had no problem with this app. It works just fine and I had no problems. I gave it 4 stars because there’s not too many excellent discounts in my area. Would be nice if more merchants would give more discounts to the members.
