Aarp app has gone downhill very fast

Unable to use rewards points it gives “serialization error’ when you enter password to redeem or earn reward points when you call customer support they claim no known issues .. I know for a fact it happens to more users than they claim .. how pathetic AARP tries to downplay problem. I will not renew if problem not resolved

Why nor update this app to work on iOS14? I know, you’re probably thinking it would be hard, take time, cost money, the developers would have to speak with people - and who knows what that would bring about. Keep in mind, for many the options are simple - either you update, of we delete - and ad dollars do out the window :D
Serialization error

If I try to login to the app beyond the initial download on either the iPone or the iPad, the existing password is unrecognized. Error message is “Confirmation failed. Response serialization error (The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.)”. Issue started after only the last app update. Work around is to delete and reinstall app, but that only works once.
Can’t log on

I am having the same problem as others. Sterilization error when I try to log log. Waited on hold 30 minute to get a tech and was told to delete app and reload. I do this and next day same problem. Am I supposed to delete app every day they need to fix this problem or I’m done with them.
App does not work properly for games

This app was working fine on my iPad and iPhone until about 3 weeks ago. Now every time I try to sign into games I receive a “No response -serialization error. Data not in correct format”. I’ve changed my password and it will work maybe once and then it will go back to error message. I’ve had to go back to signing into website which defeats the purpose of having any app.

Wrong times for events listed under events

I just downloaded the app and all the events are basically listed in the middle of the night. Just thought you might want to fix that. Also when I clicked on “get tickets,” nothing happens. Hope to see this stuff fixed, so that the app becomes more useable. Thank you!
Buggy and finicky

App just not a happy iPad happy camper. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I can’t imagine folks who aren’t savvy with apps sticking with it. AARP can do better.
