I checked in the App Store to see if there had been any improvement. Supposedly there was an update to the registration process a month ago. It is still as totally frustrating as ever. It’s obvious the developers don’t comprehend the value of simplicity.

App. doesn’t allow you to log on; message comes back that their certificate is invalid and the site is pretending to be AARP Very frustrating

...but not one to judge so giving 3 stars for faith in good UX and shall test it out myself in 3.2.1...then update this review. Joined AARP yesterday after years of denying I qualify LOL
Can’t finish setting it up

I have tried several times to set up my account on this app. Every time I get to the “notifications” part, the app shuts down and I can’t get it to open, again. I get a loading page, then it shuts down without opening. I have deleted and downloaded it four times. I have full internet strength.

I just downloaded your AARP app. It seems many lower evaluations are expressed instead of positive. It seems you should take users comments seriously, and fix issues documented to be problems. I will give this app a chance, and hope it acts better than reported.

I used to be able to read your magazine & bulletin on AARP Publications app. You call this an improvement? I’m deleting this app, and strongly thinking about not renewing my membership.
