A friend of mine showed me this workout program for your abs I tried it out and it was short but also gave me a burn. It has now been the first ever workout program that I have actually stuck to. Now because of that my abs look the best they have ever and I owe it all to the kitchen and this app.

I love this app but for the last few months it no longer sends data to Apple Health so I get credit for my workout.

Been using this app for years on my android with no problem; However when I got an iPhone, I could only use the first week of exercises for free. Thinking it was a bug since the android version gives you 8 weeks for free I emailed the support center. They replied I would need to pay to get the same amount of exercises I got for free on android. Therefore this app is not really free for iPhone only android. TLDR; good for android, but unusable for iPhone unless you want to pay

It's just plain good. It teaches progression and shows you how to do the exercises so you will be able to build a routine for yourself. Thanks AX for filling my tool box with good tools.

Good exercises, faulty app

The exercises are great, however, after day four, the app goes blank and freezes up. I’ve deleted it twice and re-downloaded the app. My phone’s software is also up to date.
