Great for core work on a “crunch”

Title says it all, if you are someone who neglects core work (like me) due to time and the boring nature of it, this app is for you. All workouts are around 5-8 min so that you can plug it into your routine with ease and each training session progressively overloads to the next. I use this app when I find myself neglecting my core work and need to get its strength back up on a manner that isn’t super boring and is progressive in nature. I love that it is a one time purchase as a subscription fee for an app this niche would just be silly. The quality is more than worth the couple of bucks they ask for.

Timer glitch cuts workout time in half

Used to work great, but now, after a few days the app will start to speed up the workout timers at double the speed and it keeps interrupting my workout. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it still does not work. Terrible functionality if you’re trying to keep or build your 6 pack.

I thought it was another good for nothing app promising results for free and making you enroll and pay for use ! For my surprise this app is actually helping me getting that hard V in my abdomen i so much wanted. Thanks Athlean X!
